Managing Document Review & Approvals in EasyDoc

We have recently been asked how users manage document approvals using EasyDoc. This is the process where, typically, trade contractors submit design drawings for approval by the design team (architect, engineers etc).

These documents need to be forwarded to two or three people, who then review them and pass comment on them. Once reviewed the documents are given a status (typically A, B or C) and returned to the originator.

It is easy to manage this process in EasyDoc, detailed instructions are included in this download, simply click on the link below, and save the file to your local machine (tip - you might need to use your right hand mouse button and choose the 'Save Target As...' option).
